DESCRIPTION 

Pink-tinted, adhesion-enhancing primer based on pure acrylic resin, suitable for roller or spray application. For non-permeable surfaces or substrates with no, or poor absorption. BETON-PRIM SPRAY allows to achieve an adhesive bridge between such substrates and certain cement- or plaster-based products with a relatively low bond, such as smooth, stony substrates (untreated concrete, prefab elements, concrete enamel, etc.). Can be applied with a roller or airless spray equipment. For interior use.

USE

As an adhesion-enhancing coating on untreated, smooth and impermeable, weak or non- absorbent mineral surfaces. Suitable surfaces include: concrete ceilings and walls, prefab concrete elements, concrete enamel, etc.

 APPLICATION 

Stir thoroughly prior to use. Stir regularly when applying. Apply evenly as 1 coat using a square pasting brush, paint roller or paint sprayer. BETON-PRIM SPRAY is ready-to-use and is applied uniformly and undiluted with an airless machine or applied by hand to the substrate with a short fibre roller or flat brush.

Pressure: 70 to 90 bar.

 COVERS 

The stated coverage is théorétiques  100 - 150 gr/m2, depending on the substrate.

The actual coverage depends on the nature and the structure of the surface and the application method.

 Drying time at 20°C and relative humidity of 65%:

Dry after approximately 12 hours. Variations in coating thickness, temperature, humidity, etc. affect the drying time.

GENERAL

The surface must be capable of supporting the paint, completely set, clean, dry, and free from dust or grease. Sand and repair surface irregularities. Remove and/or repair all loose and unstable coats.

Do not apply at temperatures below +8°C. Only apply if the surface temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point temperature. Always use the required personal protective equipment when applying this product. Do not inhale spray mist/fumes given off by products. Always ventilate appropriately when applying.
